History
SkyeMark Business Solutions was co-founded by Grant Effertz and Tim Osmondson. Combined, Mr. Effertz and Mr. Osmondson have over 17 years
of experience delivering marketing and business solutions to real estate professionals. It was this experience that brought the two individuals
together. After collaborating on a print project together, discussions soon lead to the real estate industry and how disparate the services
being offered to the real estate professional were. This realization soon became the foundation for a business concept and plan to create
an organization that would bring together, under a single program, communication and marketing services that focused on the brand identity
of the real estate professional. Not long after “Market For Success” was born. “Market For Success” is a custom turn-key marketing and communications program that focuses on branding the client “consistently”
throughout all their marketing tools and mediums. This includes web sites, marketing collateral, business collateral, eMarketing Tools and
more. Now the real estate professional can go to a single vendor partner and achieve what they’ve always dreamed of.
Mr. Osmondson took the beginnings of the “Market For Success” program and began offering it to his real estate clients.
Over the course of 5 years, the program was modified, redesigned, improved, redesigned again to eventually reach the right product mix at
a price point that would make the value proposition easy to understand. Once the product mix had been determined it was time to formally
organize the company and begin building the backend technology to support the programs.
SkyeMark was officially formed in October, 2002. Located in a suburb of Minneapolis, the company has been hard at work developing
SkyeToolsTM, the on-line marketing assistant that will facilitate the ordering and management of the “Market For Success” products and services.
The company has been divided into 3 divisions; Real Estate, Small to Medium Business and Insurance. The Real Estate vertical is the primary
segment and SkyeMark continues to put the lion’s share of its resources into that segment. SkyeMark is fast developing a niche in the small
to medium business sector, providing web site solutions with ecommerce and company Intranet solutions. The Insurance sector is planned for
future expansion. All the real estate programs currently being developed are designed to be “portable”. We will be able to move the real
estate programs into the Insurance sector with minor effort and hit the ground running right out of the gate.
SkyeMark is positioned for explosive growth and we are very excited to be a part of such a dynamic industry as real estate. Our commitment
to our clients is to continue developing communication and marketing solutions that focus on promoting their brand identity at every opportunity
they have to communicate with their target audience. In an industry with close to 1,000,000 real estate agents, differentiation is critical.
